    Clear and vivid ruby in colour.  An intense floral bouquet with violet and iris aromas.  The tannins are well integrated with the freshness of fruit make for a Chianti Classico with moderate ageability.  Aged for 9 months in barrique and a minimum of 3 months in the bottle. This wine makes an ideal accompaniment to grilled or roasted red meats, cured meats, game meats and medium-aged cheeses.

    This DOCG classic white from the Tuscany region has some fine, penetrating and fruity aromas with delicate notes of green apple. Beautifully balanced, elegant and with a slight almond finish. This white wine pairs excellently with past dishes seasoned with vegetable sauces, and grilled fish dishes.  It’s also very suitable as an aperitif to serve before the meal.
