    From the famed Terre de la Custodia vineyard, this wine is steeped in history.  The original vines were planted by Franciscan monks, who kept the secrets of the wine making in their cloisters, where the name “Custodia” originates.  This fabulous wine oozes character and flavours.  Made from 100% Grechetto grapes, it is enhanced by a small amount of oak fermentation and malolactic fermentation, then undergoes further ageing on the lees to create a wonderful combination of fruit, butteriness and white stone fruit flavours.

    Pairing: a perfect match for truffles, spiced chicken and baked fish

    13% ABV

    Serve at 10-12C

    A beautiful expression of the classic Orvieto that the Umbria region is famous for.  From the Decugnano dei Barbi estate,  this Orvieto Classico delivers everything you would expect from this style of wine and more.  Made from a blend of traditional Grechetto grapes and blended with Procanico, Vermentino and Sauvignon Blanc, it delivers an explosion of flavours on the palate with lovely citrus notes, balanced with the aromatic florals of the Procanico and Sauvignon Blanc.

    Pairing: ideal with goat cheese dishes, sushi and white fish
