    A beautifully-made, citrus and honeysuckle scented wine. The vineyards are part of a breath-taking landscape where the limestone and heavy clay soils combine to create a unique ‘terroir’.

     On the nose:  Complex aromas of white flowers and acacia, honey and white fruits.

     On the palate:  Opulent and elegant. You will find floral notes, almond paste and fresh hazelnut. It is a little spicy on the finish.

     Recommended combination with food:  A great partner for shellfish, charcuterie, white fish, and reblochon cheese.

    Serve at 8-10°C

    The Moet & Chandon Brut Imperial is a blend of 3 varietals – Pinot Noir offering intensity, Pinot Meunier which lends roundness and Chardonnay for elegance. The blend is crafted to be consistent in a house style year after year and relies on a proportion of reserve wines to ensure this style is acheived by the master blenders.

     On the nose:  Vibrant intense aromas of green apple and citrus fruit with the freshness of mineral nuances and white flowers.

     On the palate:  Delicious sumptuousness of white-fleshed fruits leading to the alluring caress of fine bubbles and the soft vivacity of citrus fruit and nuances of gooseberry.

     Recommended combination with food:  A great partner for shellfish, oysters, fish or chicken appetisers, or as a sipping drink.

    Serve at 6-8°C
