Cannonau Di Sardegna DOC
£15.80 – £94.80 inc. VatThis best-known Sardinian red grape variety is grown in the south-eastern corner of the Sella&Mosca estate in the Alghero region in the north east part of the island, exposed to the north-easterly winds. Late ripening grape full of deep red fruit flavours, this wine is fermented in temperature-controlled vats on the skins. It is then part aged in oak and reblended to give the final wine lovely violet, rose and cherry notes with a hint of spice.
Pairing: best served with roasts, braised red meats, strong cheeses, cooked tomatoes and aubergines.

Primocolle Chianti Classico
£127.50 inc. VatClear and vivid ruby in colour. An intense floral bouquet with violet and iris aromas. The tannins are well integrated with the freshness of fruit make for a Chianti Classico with moderate ageability. Aged for 9 months in barrique and a minimum of 3 months in the bottle. This wine makes an ideal accompaniment to grilled or roasted red meats, cured meats, game meats and medium-aged cheeses.

Vernaccia Di San Gimignano
£133.80 inc. VatThis DOCG classic white from the Tuscany region has some fine, penetrating and fruity aromas with delicate notes of green apple. Beautifully balanced, elegant and with a slight almond finish. This white wine pairs excellently with past dishes seasoned with vegetable sauces, and grilled fish dishes. It’s also very suitable as an aperitif to serve before the meal.
