The Mandranova Estate produces wines of extraordinary freshness and balance, captivating one of the most famous vine interpretations of Sicilian oenology. A wine of great verve and aromaticity,
coming from one of the most renowned island vineyards that are beautifully adapted to the climate of the Contrada Mandranova. Powerful on the nose with its fresh notes of grapefruit, papaya, mango, passion fruit yet well-balanced with delicate white peach and elderflower hints.

Recommended combination with food: An exceptional match with artichoke risotto with mullet fillets or swordfish rolls.
