Made from a blend of Baga and Touriga Nacional red grape varieties, this wine is a deep ruby red colour, with concentrated dark red fruits. Fermented for 48 hours, it then goes through a process called delestages for a further 15 days, which softens the tannins and makes them lush and supple.
On the nose: Concentrated ripe dark red fruits, smoked notes involving suggestions of spice and chocolate. On the palate: Massive and delicious mouth feel, polished tannins and refreshing acidity, reveals an elegant and sophisticated finaleRecommended combination with food: A perfect match for:
