The term “Corvée” is the name of a project that concentrates on the production of high quality Trentino D.O.C. wines with the particular focus on sustainability. Located at the entrance of Valle di
Cembra, with its mild and dry microclimate, as well as soils of geological volcanic origin, rich in limestone, clay and minerals, this vineyard has all the essential elements that give this wine its full body, good acidity and great persistence.

 On the nose:  It has a very subtle scent of anice and tropical fruits.

 On the palate:  Opulent and elegant. A delicate scent of elderflower, lychee, mango and exotic fruit in general with a full body

 Recommended combination with food:  A great partner for

• Broad bean and goats cheese salad
• Grilled asparagus with hollandaise
• Bluff oysters with dill and lime vinaigrette
